Green Roof Chillout Area

For their new London office chill out area Nexus used our Lazy Grass. The roof area was above the fourth floor and all materials were carried up the stairs, in this case 4m wide rolls were able to be carried up the stair case. This surface was sand filled this was done to hold the pile upright and hold the surface in place. The Lazy Grass was unable to be glued down due to the new roof surface that would be damaged by most adhesives.

Staff chill out areas are becoming popular especially in London due to limited open space for lunch and tea breaks. It is also beneficial to company's because staff stay onsite during break times so can be contacted for urgent phone calls etc.
