How can I pay for my order?
Evergreens accept all major credit cards, cash (collections only), bank transfers, account or cheque. VAT is added to all orders.

Can I collect my artificial grass?
Yes you are able to collect from our warehouse. Please organise with your sales contact. Please remember that some products can be up to and over 4m in length and very heavy so please ensure that you bring the correct vehicle. We can advise on which vehicle would be suitable.

How can I get samples of artificial grass?
For samples call, email or fill out our sample request web form. Samples should arrive within 3 business days. If you require them next day please call 01572 768208.

Which artificial grass is best for dog owners lawns?
We recommend any of our lawn grasses like Lazy Supreme V2, Lazy Grass, Lazy Summer, as they are long pile grasses and sand filled to protect the pile from dog claws. We also recommend the use of a hose to clean the artificial grass when required.

Can I fit artificial grass onto soil?
Some surfaces can be also installed direct onto soil but please check with Evergreens first. See our fitting information page for more information.

How do I clean my artificial grass?
To clean our range or artificial grass, use warm soapy water and a stiff brush. Jet washes can also be used and leaves can be brushed off.

Is fitting easy?
We highly recommend having your artificial lawn or event floor professionally fitted by our UK wide LazyLawn network or the head office events team. If you like DIY, fitting can be straight forward if you take your time, read our fitting instructions and use the recommended equipment.

How fast will my order be delivered?
Standard delivery is next day but we can arrange delivery for any weekday you require. We also offer a same-day delivery service for the UK. Saturday delivery is also possible but at a increased carriage rate. Please call our office to discuss your requirements.
