Selfridges V&A Display |

High quality marble look with a tight budget? This was our design
brief for a resent installation at Selfridges London for the V&A.
This event was split into three areas each having a different
theme. The smallest of the three areas had a straightforward 2m
x 14m of brown textured vinyl; the second area was covered floor
to roof in black and white checked vinyl. This room had its walls
set at angles leaning into the room and the floor was set at a
steep angle to disorientate visitors.
The main area required an expensive looking marble floor, but
only using vinyl flooring in three colours. Before this could
be installed the area was plotted and room diameter calculated,
this then allowed us to design the floor using our CAD system.
Each section was cut using our automated cutting system allowing
for a perfect fit of all sections. During installation the main
centre section was positioned first then each of the 80 sections
could be installed in the correct location.

Our range of surfaces are great for sports photo shoots and
film sets. We have over the past few years supplied and installed
artificial grass for companies such as Nike in the production
of TV and magazine adverts. We are able to supply surfaces to
match grasses used in other country's during filming or to specify
surfaces that would be suitable for your project and easily available
in other European countries to reduce shipping costs between shoots.
During most installations we recommend our 10mm rubber shock pad
to be used, this is installed under the artificial grass surface
to reduce the risk of injury due to concrete studio floors during
any photography or filming.
We are able to supply or install in any location in Europe and
in multiple locations at once. Our fitting method allows for multiple
uses and no damage to the studio floor, so reducing production
costs.

Manchester Virgin Mega Store Launch 06 |

For the re-launch of Manchester's Virgin Megastore, Evergreens
was asked to supply and install a temporary red walkway around
the store. The purpose of the pathway was to lead VIPs to key
areas of the store and then onto the live band downstairs. The
store section was installed the evening before the launch using
over 80 linear meters which changed direction around the store
this was installed onto a highly polished wooden floor which could
not be damaged by the fixing method but had to withstand a full
days trading before the VIP event.
Part of the installation was to install over 40 linear meters
through the Arndale Shopping Centre 15 minutes before the VIPs
arrived. This was installed and removed along with all the pathway
surface in the store once the event was over.
