Evergreens UK were contracted to supply and install LazyLawn Artificial Grass at Canary Wharf, London. The Evergreens Team went in to replace damaged high traffic lawn areas with Lazy Grass. The grass areas looked tired and worn out from the shear amount of people walking over it.

There were also Health & Safety and Maintenance issues. The areas were difficult to maintain and mow because of the amount of people walking past the area. Obviously, with a LazyLawn, there is no need to mow so this reduces Health & Safety issues. The areas also became slippery when wet, so all in all it is a much safer area now.

With the current water shortage and water usage limitations, the LazyLawn also adds another benefit as it doesn't require watering and will remain lush and green year round, as it is fully UV stabilised so will not fade and will remain highly realistic looking.

The installation was completed in a day and the Evergreens Installation Team removed all the old turf, disposed of it and installed a weed suppressing membrane, the Lazy Grass and finally sand-filled the Lazy Grass to achieve the realistic look.
